To all possible patients, PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU SEE THIS DOCTOR. I would give this Dr. a minus 100 stars, and let me tell you why. I had cataract surgery with a premium lens replacement in my right eye about 3 years ago. I have had issues with my eye ever since this Dr. has done this type of surgery to my eye. I have repeatedly, and I mean repeatedly gone back to Dr. Dhaliwal for reasons and answers to the issue or issues going on with my eye. He would always give a reason of, it's still healing, give it time to set etc. So I listened to his every excuse at every doctors appointment for a long while. Then he started to send me to other doctors because I guess that he couldn't figure out what the problem was or he just wasn't telling me. So, I went to see his "buddy", another eye doctor. He told me more than Dr. Dhaliwal ever did after going to him time after time. But this problem keep persisting. So after a couple of eye doctors or more, now mind you , most doctors stick together, I went back Dr. Dhaliwal to get some serious answers since he was the one who did the eye surgery. And every time I went back, I was treated as a problem by both the front office and Dr. Dhaliwal. His chair side manner was a joke by this time because you could tell by his body language that he was having none of me. All I wanted was my eye to be fixed in the first place , and it was not. Before the exam at the very last visit, I showed him a video of my eye that I filmed myself, and you could easily tell that something was going on with my eye that was not normal. I told him this was going on from the beginning, and that he was definitely not listening to what my obvious concerns where for my eye from the beginning. His eyes got really big when I showed him that video. He did my exam. Then he told me that it was my iris, after all this time! Are you serious! You are an eye doctor, you are immediately supposed to recognize this type of eye issue. Now mind you that I have never had any issues with my iris before this cataract eye surgery. So I asked Dr. Dhaliwal what he was going to do about this, and he then he said, we can try on some contact lenses! Now I was not born yesterday. He was trying to cover up the problem that he caused from the beginning! He was trying to "band aid" the issue. Are you serious!? Now I have an iris problem with my eye that I have to have a Dr. do some possible eye surgery that I never asked for! Dr. Dhaliwal, you should be ashamed of yourself for the way you handled my situation. Be aware of this doctor before you go see him. I do not recommend going to Dr. Dhaliwal because this doctor does not care about his patients as this is why I am telling you my own personal experience with this doctor so this doesn't happen to anyone else.
